We can give you plenty of advice and ideas, and once you’ve decided what you'd would like to do, you can leave the hassle and worry of organising everything to us. We are also ATOL registered so you and your trip are protected.

Bespoke Events
We offer a wide range of services depending on your needs which will form part of your unique tailor-made event. No matter what your requirements are we will always find a solution. From company parties and conferences to city breaks, sports events, and everything in between, we will listen to your requirements, ensure it all goes to plan and deliver an event to remember.
Overseas Events
As Corporacare are a member of ATOL we can manage all your requirements from flights, transfers, travel insurance and hotels to excursions, dinners, preparing full itineraries, and accompanying you on the trip to ensure the smooth running of your event.
Ski Breaks
Corporacare are the experts in running company ski events throughout Europe. We organise all elements of the trip including ski passes, ski hire and ski tuition, and we'll accompany you so that everything is taken care of and you can fully enjoy the trip with your clients.
Golf Days
A golf day, whether in the UK or abroad, is still today's most popular way of entertaining important customers. Prizes, catering, invitations, guest speakers, photographs, hospitality, competitions and scorecards - there is plenty to think about. Corporacare's service means that every last detail is taken care of. That leaves you to relax, network and enjoy everything yourself, strengthening your business relationships with valued costumers.
Corporate Balls and Gala Dinners
Planning something bigger? You can rely on us to deliver. We can book the venue, organise accommodation and liaise with venue and hotel teams on all aspects of the event, including pre-dinner drinks, menu and wine choices, floor plans etc. We can also liaise with all other necessary suppliers to include AV Companies, MC and the entertainment throughout the evening.
UK Corporate Breaks
Over the years we have arranged numerous corporate breaks throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. Ranging from London theatre weekends to Sports Hospitality, Galway Oyster Festival, murder mystery weekends, Edinburgh Tattoo and a River Boat Treasure hunt, to name but a few!

Searching for the venue for your event or simply finding a hotel accommodation can be a time consuming and frustrating process. If you have set dates, a specific budget or require a unique location we'll be able to fulfil your brief and find it.
